2nd Anniversary

For our second anniversary we went over to AMC Theaters at Disney and saw 2 movies. We first went to Juno... great movie! Then National Treasure 2... good, but not quite as action packed and a little less puzzle solving than the first, we definitely think a third is on its way! Then we headed over to Sleuth's Mystery Dinner Theater. We had great seats at the table front and center. It was a lot of fun to watch the show and then play along to try and solve "whodunnit." We even got a sleuth's magnifying glass for our anniversary! Here's a picture of us with the cast of the show!

Garlic Plants

A week and a half ago I was making dinner and I needed some garlic. So I go into the fridge and take out the bulb that I knew was in there from the last recipe that called for garlic. I go to take out a clove and there's shoots growing out of almost every clove. So I call up Grandma and Grandpa Guarino and ask if I can plant them and how. They gave me instructions and a couple days later I planted them. It's only been about a week since then... check out how big they are already. I know you all probably don't care and would rather see pictures of Piper, but I was excited!

Big Girl Bath!

Saturday Piper took her first "Big Girl" bath. That just means that she's not in the baby tub anymore, she's in the regular tub! She really loved having tons of room to splash around and play. I love the second "action" photo where the two was in mid-air as she threw it above her head!

I Wanna Be Like Mommy

She walked into the livingroom one night last week wearing Mommy's hat. Then Grandma Hoffman and Grandpa Stevie brought her her own purse. She won't stop carrying it around!

Our New Room

For those of you that don't know, we just got a sun/screen room added on to our patio area. This is going to be Piper's play area. They just finished yesterday and it looks great. We are so excited that we'll be able to get Piper's toys out of the livingroom and have some more space. This is what it looks like right now, but a few things will be changing after Christmas.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

Tuesday was Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It was a lot of fun. The shows and decorations were awesome. And we were excited to see the new parade! Here's a couple pics!

Now that most of you should have received your Holiday cards by now I'm putting up the photos. We took tons of photos that day. These are our favorites, so they are the ones we had to choose from!

Maingate Christmas Party

Last night was the Maingate Kid's Christmas Party. Maingate is the building that Daddy works in at Disney. Piper had fun running around, meeting new kids and characters. She was a bit moody, but overall we all had a good time.

The Last Night of Hanukkah

Last night was the last night of Hanukkah. Piper helped Daddy light the candles and opened her last present. It was a set of Jewish holiday wooden puzzles. And her last present from Grandma Hoffman and Grandpa Stevie was a Hanukkah book. She also got a gift from Judy... Elmo, Cookie Monster, and Oscar the Grouch singing on a sleigh. She loved her last gifts and loved celebrating Hanukkah.
