So Cute

This past Thursday Grandma had off from work. So Mommy and Piper went over for the day. We cleaned and swam and stayed for dinner and had lots of fun.

Little Star and Little Cowgirl

Saturday afternoon, Mommy and Piper went to Barnes and Nobles Bookstore. A friend of Mommy's wrote a children's book that got published and he was doing a book signing there. Aunt Susan was very good friends with Little Star, the main character of the book. Here is Piper with Little Star and her friends; Cam and Ethan. Piper was excited to show off her new cowgirl boots too!

Kisses from Cruella

Yesterday Mommy and Piper went to MGM. When we got there we went to visit Daddy and Mommy's friends in the office. After that we found a shady corner, so that Piper could relax and have a bottle. We spotted a few of Mommy and Daddy's other friends in various places throughout the park, so we stopped to chat and visit with them. We mostly, just walked around and people watched. When Daddy got out of work, he met up with us to go see Mickey's Magic Show. Disney started a new thing this year called Magical Beginnings. It's designed for preschoolers to have some fun after the big kids are back in school. They have a concert series (like the concerts Grandma and Grandpa go to) at MGM, where The Wiggles, The Doodlebops and other kid friendly talent come to play. Mickey's Magic Show is a part of this, it's put on by the touring company Disney Live. It was a very cute show. After the show we went to watch Aunt Susan rollerskating in the parade. During the parade all the characters stopped to say hi to Piper and give her kisses. Cruella came over and asked where her spots were, kissed her on the forehead and said "There, now she has one spot." After the parade we went to see the new Making of Narnia attraction. And after that, we met Uncle Jeff and Aunt Susan for a quick hello before we went home. Uncle Jeff told us that he just signed a contract to be very good friends with Santa Clause this year... in Tokyo! Yay, Congratulations Uncle Jeff!

Visiting and Playing

Piper and Mommy did some hanging out at Grandma and Grandpa's today. Mommy needed a pair of pants hemmed and needed to get more of her clothes. We went for a swim and had a yummy dinner. Here is Piper wrestling with her lamb blanket buddy, chewing on her rattle and pretending to be Elvis... check out that hair!

So Much Room!

Last night we tried putting Piper in her crib. She's been napping in it quite often and we decided she was ready to try nighttime again. She was great! She slept through the whole night, just as if she was in her cradle! She looks so tiny in that big crib, but it leaves her lots of room to stretch, wiggle and grow! Yay Piper, we're so proud of you!

Pink is My Favorite Color

Piper is really starting to fit into all her cute clothes very well. Yesterday she wore this adorable pink dress and she looked so cute in it. Daddy loves the ruffles on her butt. Although, she hasn't quite learned that dresses aren't for chewing on and playing with, they are for wearing and looking pretty.
