Dr. Appointment

My doctor appointments are now weekly. Today was this week's. We saw the nurse practitioner/midwife today. We see her much more often than my regular doctor, which is fine with me. We like her much better anyways and I plan to request to have her deliver the baby. We really don't have too much control over it mainly because it depends on if one of them are already at the hospital and if all is progressing well. Anyways, she said that everything looks ok. The baby is already positioned for delivery. That doesn't mean that I'll deliver early. In most first pregnancies the baby usually does this around 2 weeks before delivery. I lost 2 pounds since last week, but I hadn't had much to eat today. It's normal to lose weight towards the end anyways.

Other than that everything is going well. We are still in the process of moving, not quite there yet. But all the furniture is in (except for our dresser and bookcase which need to be painted)and almost everything is over there. A lot of unpacking to do! Of course the most important things, like our clothes are still in our bedroom at Mom and Dad's house. So we're still staying there. We've stayed at our house one night so far and we should be able to a couple more times this week. And hopefully by this weekend we'll be living there for good.
